Go from great to exceptional

We help ambitious, successful executives that struggle with letting go of work have more opportunities to spend with their family while still rocking their career.

We can be leaders of big corporations, home-based businesses, and even leaders in our family.  Leading is the way we help move people into action, and this skill can be enhanced through coaching.  Energy Leadership is the process that develops a personally effective style of leadership that positively influences and changes you, those with whom you interact, and your organization as a whole.  Change has to start somewhere – why not with you?

work/life balance

Achieving an acceptable balance between work and personal time can present a challenge.  Many people find that their jobs are taking most of their time and energy, but it doesn’t have to be that way.  If you are struggling to find equilibrium, we can examine and refine your options to create a personal solution.  Everyone is different, and what works for many will not work for some.  We will collaborate to enhance your life by creating a balance that meets your personal needs.

time management

What would you do with the extra time if you could quit putting out fires all day?  What would your life look like if you could use that time to improve your processes, better train employees, and make your workplace a magnet to attract the best talent, leaving you with more time for yourself and your family?  With one-on-one or group coaching, we can explore your options, create a road map to your goals, and plan your next steps.

Goal Setting

You’ve probably heard it said many times that if you don’t know where you’re going, you won’t know when you’ve arrived.  Goals can be short- or long-term, personal or work-related.  We don’t have to see the path to our destination in order to reach it, but we do have to know where we are going so we don’t get lost.  Achieving small goals, one after another, can move you closer to attaining big goals.
